Documents & artifacts

Ask Hex for a document and it can create Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PDF, CSV or Markdown files in your folder. For example:

Read sales.csv and make a quarterly summary as an Excel file with one sheet per region, plus a one-page PDF.

Artifacts are for things you want to look at right away: code, a web page, a Markdown document, a Mermaid diagram or an SVG. They open in a preview panel and are saved in the Library.
